Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 8–18 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days:
